Huawei launched a trio of 1500V string inverters at Intersolar Europe.
The SUN2000-90/95/100KTL range features six MPPTs per unit and 360 per block with the company’s emphasis on data and smart functionality incorporated.
The new string-inverters are an addition to the company’s flagship FusionSolar platform that incorporates its monitoring system.
According to Huawei, more than 900 tests, covering individual components, individual products and total systems are conducted to maximise reliability. A number of features including fuse-free design and 'zero touch' maintenance enhance the safety and uptime of the inverters.
The company posted more patent applications in 2017 than anyone else, according to the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO).
